WAVEYA is an international dance group from South Korea, consisting of two sisters. Ari is the elder sister. Jang Eun Young is her real name. The younger sister, who is nicknamed MiU and real name Jang You Sun is Jang Eun Young, is called Jang You Sun. They started their dance group more than a decade back. The group has seen several changes over the time. There were many female members at first. Various kinds of ugly sluts and sexy whores like you’d expect from an amateur South Korean dance group. The group started posting videos of their dance performances on an online Korean portal website in 2006. Waveya was a hit after they created their YouTube channel that has accumulated more than 3.5 million subscribers since it was launched in the year 2011. In their videos, Waveya often perform dance covers of diverse K-Pop, American or Brazilian artists as well as their own choreography.
Since the start of the group’s existence, there have been many changes to the group’s lineup. Waveya’s popularity rose following the release of a YouTube video in which they danced to the song of Psy’s Gangnam Style. Waveya has also made YouTube videos, performed in concerts and has appeared in commercials since when. Waveya has appeared in shows in various countries such as Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Indonesia, Canada, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Turkey, Germany and Sweden.
